Mommy needs to be more careful!

A few days ago Lauren was playing with a stuffed pig and a play kitchen knife at the same time. Matt and I were joking about her slaughtering the pig and I stupidly pretended to slit the pigs throat - with a slitting sound and all. So yesterday Matt calls me in the room and says, "Look what you taught your daughter". She was pretending to slit the pigs throat over and over and making a slicing sound. Oye! What have I done?!?

Lauren had her first big fall the other day that scared the crap off of me. It happened so fast, I'm not sure how it happened but she fell off the couch and landed completely vertical, right on her head as if she was doing a headstand with no hands. Thankfully she didn't get hurt but she cried a lot and my heart was pounding!!

She's in the process of cutting tooth #16 now. After this, 4 more molars and we're done cutting teeth for a few years! Yay!
